WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Create new plans and strategies to drive logistics business volume from merchants.
- Monitor and achieve the monthly and quarterly logistics KPI analyze and report to management.
- Build and sustain solid business relationships with key accounts and with people at all levels.
- Stay on top of latest logistics market trends and identify potential accounts.
- Market data collection verification analysis and proactive to gather market intelligence comprehend of competitors activities and ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Collect feedback on logistics from accounts while understanding the reasons and use cases of every feedback.
- Gather extensive knowledge of e-commerce and different logistics solutions among various SHOPLINE merchants.
- Work and communicate between different functions within the company to develop proposals that speak to key accounts wide range of requests concerns and objectives.
- Manage daily logistics matters to ensure smooth delivery progress and experience to merchants and their consumers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new business strategies in logistics.
- Work closely with logistics partners and handle operational duties.
- Review and implement cooperation plans based on both internal and partner needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of working relationships with logistics partners internal parties and merchants and always look for ways to improve.
- Build and maintain a solid business relationship with domestic customers which includes client visits and relationship management.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Logistics Supply Chain e-commerce and with 2 years in management level
- Past experience in customer service account management courier service operations warehouse operations would be an advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good judgment and interpersonal communication skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team
