Job Title: Bread Baker
Location: Square Grill & Sanremo Bath
Salary: Competitive depending on experience 12.50 - 16.00 PH

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bread Baker to join our kitchen production team. The ideal candidate will have a love for artisanal baking a strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality bread to complement our menu.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare mix and bake a variety of breads to restaurant standards.
Maintain high levels of consistency flavour and presentation.
Follow and develop recipes while ensuring creativity and innovation.
Manage daily production schedules to meet restaurant demand.
Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and health standards.
Monitor ingredient levels and assist with stock ordering.
Maintain a clean organised and safe working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a baker ideally specialising in bread.
Knowledge of different doughs fermentation methods and baking techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time-management and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends.
Passion for quality craftsmanship and food.
