As a Excutive Housekeeper - HSKP we rely on you to
-
1Be responsible for the overall operation and functioning of the guest room department; allocate and supervise the work of the staff and formulate work plans.
2Ensure that departmental costs and various expenses can be well controlled.
3According to the hotels operating standards the room and facilities and equipment and all items at any time for inspection.
4Develop the departments annual budget and ensure that the departments operating expenses are controlled within the budget.
5Check the facilities and management of the guest room department spot-check and improve the overall quality of work and work efficiency of the department.
6Organize the preparation of departmental work procedures and work evaluation.
