Role Description:
The Fullfillment Manager will be part of the Project Management team and will have the following responsibilities :
- Oversee order processing packaging and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Manage warehouse operations including inventory control receiving and storage.
- Develop and implement fulfillment strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with suppliers carriers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Coordinate with Projectmanagement Requisition engineering Global Supply Chain external packager and customer teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment accuracy speed and cost.
- Oversee the storage handling and distribution of materials at packager location and at final installation site.
- Resolve issues related to order discrepancies delays or inventory shortages.
- Resolve issues related to transportation inventory or delivery delays
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and company standards.
- Lead train and develop fulfillment team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Engineering (mechanical/electrical HTL) Commercial education Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics business administration engineering or related field.
- Experience in fulfillment warehouse or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
