Manage the functions responsible for creating and maintaining the product lifecycle for the hardware supply chain. Works closely with design engineering and supply chain peers to develop and maintain robust and sustainable manufacturing processes to deliver quality products to the customer.
Manage the people responsible for the development release and maintenance of hardware products through the supply chain lifecycle. Key actives of the team include Bill of Material (BOM) management; New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; material transitions; and End of Life (EOL) management. Plan and direct resource schedules as well as development budgets. Monitor the program from initiation through delivery interfacing with design engineering peers on technical matters. Manage interdepartmental activities ensuring release of the program on schedule and within the budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of staff providing technical support and direction. Select develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team. Works collaboratively and builds strong strategic partnerships securing broad support for initiatives from key players across LOBs. Enhances Oracles competitive advantage by driving competitiveness and innovation using deep customer understanding. Delivers team leadership by building visibility and reputation across different LOBs functions cultures and geographies.
