Job Summary

A growing company is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented General Accountant to join its finance team. This full-time on-site role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data while supporting reporting analysis and process improvements. The position offers health insurance three weeks of PTO paid legal holidays and company holidays.

The ideal candidate is a proactive executor with strong analytical skills experience in accounting operations and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities Include:

Leading the month-end close process reconciling accounts and generating timely accurate financial reports
Supporting inventory system accuracy and analyzing cost of goods sold
Analyzing small parcel and shipping costs for efficiency improvements
Generating financial and operational reports using Acumatica ERP
Assisting with profitability reporting by product and customer
Collaborating with the Financial Controller on process improvements
Ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies and deadlines

Ideal Qualifications:

25 years of accounting experience preferably in e-commerce wholesale or consumer goods
Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures
ERP experience (Acumatica a plus)
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time
