Director of Sales Marketing & Events

Were seeking aresults-driven hospitality leader to oversee Sales Marketing and Catering operations at our luxury hotel on the Monterey Peninsula. This senior executive role leads a high-performing team drives revenue develops key client relationships and shapes the hotels strategic direction.
What Youll Do:
- Lead Sales & Catering Managers and hourly Coordinators.
- Drive group corporate SMERFE and catering revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales marketing and event plans.
- Represent the hotel at industry events trade shows and community engagements.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
What Were Looking For:
- 57 years of progressive hotel sales and catering leadership experience including executive-level management.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing large budgets.
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula market a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $165000$210000 salary range
