Our client is a food trader.
Job Description:
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports such as balance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flow statements.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinating and assisting with internal and external audits ensuring all required documentation and records are available.
- Cash Flow Management: Managing money inflows and outflows to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as operations and HR to ensure financial operations run smoothly and address any issues.
- Financial Analysis: Providing frequent and ad-hoc financial evaluations for projects and cost elements as needed by the Core Management Team Corporate Controlling and others.
- Reporting to Senior Management: Providing monthly financial analysis and reports to top management advising on major company decisions and performance.
- Team Management: Leading mentoring and developing the accounting staff including setting targets providing performance feedback and managing workloads.
- Internal Controls: Implementing and maintaining robust internal controls to comply with financial requirements and corporate standards.
- Process Improvement: Improving accounting processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles financial regulations and reporting obligations.
- Ability to travel between Klongluang Pathumthani and Klongsan Bangkok.
- Software proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
