Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations develop financial strategies and provide accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills leadership experience and a deep understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing budgets forecasts and financial plans.
- Analyzing financial performance and providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
- Preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Monitoring cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
- Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Leading and mentoring the finance team fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing professional development opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Collaborating with other departments to support business objectives.
- Communicating financial information to stakeholders in a clear manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in a finance management role.
- Experience in the hospital business is a must.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
