Our client is a leading construction company specializing in large-scale warehouse and factory projects across Thailand. With a strong track record of delivering high-quality industrial facilities they are committed to innovation safety and timely project execution.
As they continue to expand they seek a skilled Project Manager to oversee warehouse and factory construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing warehouse/factory construction projects to ensure completion within scope budget and timeline.
- Leading project planning scheduling and execution while coordinating with clients consultants subcontractors and internal teams.
- Monitoring construction progress quality control and safety compliance to meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Managing project risks resolving issues promptly and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
- Preparing project reports tracking financial performance and controlling costs to optimize project profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in managing warehouse or factory construction projects valued at 100-300 million THB.
- Experience in the construction industry; project types can vary (warehouse/building).
- Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts budgeting and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project AutoCAD).
