Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Public Area (PA) Attendant to join our housekeeping this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness organization and presentation of all public areas within the hotel. By ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment you will play a vital role in delivering a 5-star guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of lobbies corridors restrooms elevators and other public spaces to the highest standards.
- Ensuring all areas are free of debris dust and stains at all times.
- Replenishing supplies such as toiletries and towels in public restrooms.
- Promptly reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Assisting guests in public areas courteously and professionally.
- Following safety protocols and using cleaning equipment and chemicals properly.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or public area cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
