Job Description
As an Assurance Senior Associate you will play a key role in supporting Core Assurance work including ongoing monitoring tests quality reviews root-cause analysis and other related tasks contributing to the success of the clients quality assurance processes.
Reporting Structure: This position will report to the Risk and Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Risk and Quality (R&Q) reviews of work requests on a sampling basis and document feedback from engagement teams.
- Identify process improvements based on trends from previous R&Q reviews.
- Regularly discuss issues with the R&Q Leader and relay findings to respective client departments.
- Maintain and monitor databases for findings and samples gathered during reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery of monthly or scheduled reports.
- Review and validate data gathered for reporting purposes.
- Present reports and findings to R&Q leaders and stakeholders in the absence of line managers.
- Assist in preparing data for R&Q reports.
- Support leadership teams in developing and expanding continuous monitoring processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualification Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
Certifications:
- Assurance: CPA is required.
- Non-Assurance: Open to non-CPA candidates.
Work Experience & Technical Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in external and internal auditing.
- Strong understanding of audit concepts and regulatory requirements.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to personal growth and development.
- Solid background in external audit.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. Alteryx MS Power platforms) is a plus.
