This position focuses on advanced network architecture and leadership. You will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of network solutions for a multinational client managing support teams and ensuring high-performance and availability standards are met. Design implement maintain and support complex network architectures in multinational environments providing optimal secure and continuous operations. Maximize network efficiency through ongoing performance monitoring proactive troubleshooting of issues and outages and scheduling regular maintenance and upgrades. Ensure the network infrastructure is scalable secure and aligned with business objectives available 24/7. Configure and manage advanced network devices such as routers switches firewalls load balancers VPNs SD-WAN and emerging technologies.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Location: Must be based in Monterreyand required to work in the client office 3 times a week.
Fluency in Spanish and a High level of English required.
Bachelors degree in Network Engineering Telecommunications or related fields.
8 years of relevant experience in designing implementing and supporting networks in complex or multinational environments.
Advanced experience in designing and managing complex network architectures including protocols like TCP/IP BGP OSPF VLANs and technologies like SDN SD-WAN.
Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS Azure and GCP with a strong focus on integrating hybrid and multi-cloud solutions.
Relevant certifications: CCIE CCNP Fortinet PMP ITIL CISSP CISM among others.
Advanced network security knowledge and monitoring tools expertise to ensure optimal and secure network performance.
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams collaborate with clients and lead technical projects.
