We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with a strong Tech Lead focus to design lead and implement advanced network solutions across complex and multinational environments. This role combines network architecture technical leadership and close collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
Design and lead complex network architectures ensuring high availability scalability and alignment with business objectives.
Implement maintain and optimize network infrastructures (routers switches firewalls load balancers VPN SD-WAN SDN).
Monitor network performance manage incidents and coordinate maintenance and upgrade activities.
Guide support teams and lead high-impact technical projects while ensuring SLA compliance.
Apply advanced security principles and best practices to safeguard network infrastructure.
Evaluate and integrate hybrid and multi-cloud solutions (AWS Azure GCP).
Provide technical direction and expert guidance to anticipate needs solve complex challenges and adopt emerging technologies.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Completed bachelors or an engineering degree in a related field.
8 years of experience designing implementing and supporting networks in complex or multinational environments.
Advanced knowledge of core protocols and technologies: TCP/IP BGP OSPF VLANs SD-WAN SDN.
Experience with public cloud platforms.
Relevant certifications such as CCNP CCIE Fortinet CISSP CISM PMP ITIL.
Fluent Spanish/English is mandatory.
Strong communication skills and proven technical leadership experience.
Must live in Nuevo León and be available for a hybrid work model at the clients site in Monterrey.
