Role Overview
We are hiring an Operations Lead / Systems Engineer to design and stabilize the operational backbone of a fast-growing company.
This role is for someone who naturally turns ambiguity into structure. You will identify where processes break build systems that prevent recurring issues and ensure workflows scale as the company grows.
You are someone who instinctively asks:
Why is this breaking
What system would prevent this from happening again
How do we make this run without constant supervision
Your work will reduce operational friction improve visibility across teams and allow leadership to focus on growth instead of troubleshooting.
What Youll Do
System Design & Operational Architecture
Identify operational gaps and recurring failure points
Design scalable systems that reduce reliance on manual oversight
Build workflows that allow teams to operate predictably
Improve visibility and accountability across departments
Process & SOP Development
Translate ambiguity into clear operational procedures
Design lightweight SOPs that teams actually follow
Continuously refine processes based on real operational friction
Technical Integration & Automation
Connect tools and systems to reduce manual work
Work with APIs and integrations to streamline data flow
Build lightweight internal automations where appropriate
Improve interoperability between internal tools and platforms
Cross-Functional Coordination
Define ownership and handoffs across teams
Remove operational bottlenecks
Implement systems that scale with growth
Technical Experience (Helpful but Not Required)
Candidates who have experience in the following areas will have a strong advantage:
General coding literacy (language-agnostic; ability to understand and build small tools or scripts)
Working with APIs and system integrations
Connecting operational tools and data systems
Web platforms or CMS environments (WordPress or similar)
POS systems in retail or service environments (spa clinic or retail operations)
GitHub or version-controlled workflows
Figma or design collaboration tools
AI-powered operational tooling or agents
Claude Code or AI-assisted coding environments
AppScript or similar automation frameworks
Bonus exposure:
Unity
AR technologies
These are not strict requirements but indicate strong technical fluency and systems thinking.
