Amazon Pay seeks a dynamic Regional Sales Head to drive its rapidly growing Offline Payments business in India. This role will lead the strategic expansion of Amazon Pays merchant network and strengthen its market presence in the region.
The ideal candidate will spearhead merchant acquisition and engagement strategies focusing on large organized retailers/regional merchants. They will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing store engagement team developing innovative solutions for merchant onboarding and driving customer adoption through strategic marketing initiatives. The position requires strong people management skills and the ability to forge strategic partnerships with internal teams (BD Program Management Biz-Ops) and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence through process optimization and cost-effective solutions while ensuring sustainable business growth.

- 4 years of business development partnership management or sourcing new business experience
- 4 years of developing negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
