The Role:
As a Corporate/Banking Solicitor you will:
- Advise on corporate and banking transactions including mergers acquisitions and structured finance.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documentation.
- Conduct due diligence and provide strategic legal guidance to clients.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage client relationships and help grow the firms profile within corporate and banking sectors.
The Person:
- NQ Solicitor with experience or interest in corporate or banking law (newly qualified or with post-qualification experience).
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
