Who you are:
Contribute and drive the organization in order to mantain and improve defined quality level of products/processes in accordance with legal requirements Alfa Laval standard/specifications and customer requirements through effective quality management system and quality control methodologies
About the job:
Issue and following the supplier ncrs evaluated the DMAIC report for root cause and corrective actions at supplier.
Tracking the NCRs closing rate and ensure long-term ncrs reduction.
NCR DMAIC NCR NCR
Securing the incoming goods inspection aligned between supplier and factory to make sure supplier follow our drawing specification and technical requirements. Support project team to make sure supplier understand ALs sample approval process and requirements.
Work closely with supplier and relevant internal departments to solve the significant assembly and piece part quality
the ncrs influence for production and customer DOT risk.
NCR
Secure in-process quality control develop control plan eliminate the claim risk.
Build and improve the incoming inspection instruction at the MSA and control plan.
HSS MSA
Evaluate and score the suppliers quality performance on a regular basis escalate risky area to the orgnization and work on the supplier quality performance development with sourcing department.
Familar with 8D and DMAIC tools to working with PRP (Problem Resolution Process) able to lead improvement project
8D DMAIC
Review the material certificationdeliver technical acceptance document on new projects. Support factory and sourcing project for sample approval process.
Attend the Supplier Chain Daliy DSB and Quality DSB assist team to solve the daily issues.

What you know:
At least 3-year-experience in manufacturing field
Experience in domestic supplier audits;
Experience in machining/assembly process technologies
