Product Development Manager
Our client is a distinguished global leader in fashion lingerie & swimwear. They are dedicated to offering superior products to prominent retailers around the world. They are now in search of an exceptional Product Development Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
- Manage the product development process including ideation design development testing and launch.
- Collaborate with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure product features meet customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor and analyze product performance making recommendations for improvements or adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 8 years working experience in product development or project management preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in product management and development tools and software.
- Strong proficiency in English Mandarin and Cantonese
