You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailNurse (holding the functional title of Project Manager) in the Division of Community Medicine and Public Health Practice School of Public Health (Ref.: 532910) to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary term or a two-year fixed-term basis with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Bachelors degree in Nursing and a Masters degree in relevant areas or in management and be registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong with relevant extensive clinical and training experience. They should be able to work independently and in a team. They should also have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (fluency in Cantonese) as well as good communication skills. Knowledge and experience of teaching curriculum planning and student advising would be an advantage.
The appointee will contribute to project management in a nursing leadership development programme for nursing professionals in Hong Kong. He/She will be responsible for assisting in curriculum development design and planning monitoring participating nursing fellows learning outcomes coordinating with institutions and universities providing overseas immersions and clinical visits facilitating various nursing development activities and workshops organizing training sessions and manuals for nursing professionals tracking milestones and reviewing knowledge exchanges among fellows writing progress and evaluation reports handling general administrative and logistical duties as needed and performing any other duties as assigned. Travels to overseas countries and irregular working hours on weekends will be required occasionally.
