Job Summary

Position: Senior Chief of Staff
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST
2-3 hours overlap with US Pacific Time (e.g. 9 am - 12 pm US Pacific Time)
Salary Range: 2000 - 4000 USD
Search: LatAm South Africa

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Business finance tracking & coordination

  • Send invoices track payments
  • Coordinate with accounting firm
  • Keep all finance legal paperwork organized
  • Other finance-related coordination

2. Sales inbound & legal

  • Track and respond to Shreyas inbound via email and social channels
  • Coordinate legal contracts as necessary (working with lawyer)

3. Operations & support

  • Be the first line of support for all course-related matters
  • Assist Biz Ops lead as necessary for course operations

4. Community & media

  • Manage 3-4 core Slack communities (delegating to specific contractors / volunteers as necessary)
  • Keep Shreyas website up to date
  • Manage some aspects of Shreyas social media (stretch goal)

Requirements:

  • Must have 3 years of experience in the role
  • Paralegal or a degree in law is a plus
  • Strong ownership mindset and internal drive to get things done
  • Clear verbal communication. Clear & correct written communication. (English)
  • Savvy with tech tools and eager to learn & master new tools
  • Above average people empathy
  • Doesnt require hands-on supervision (after initial ramp up period)
  • High integrity and agency
