Job Description
Job Title: Waterproofing Superintendent
Location: Dallas TX
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Waterproofing Superintendent to oversee and manage field operations on commercial waterproofing projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed on time within budget and in accordance with safety standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field operations for waterproofing projects.
Schedule and oversee crews subcontractors materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and quality standards.
Interpret and enforce project plans specifications and contracts.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Collaborate with project managers clients and vendors to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports and timecards.
Train and mentor field staff to uphold performance and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in waterproofing or related construction supervision.
Strong knowledge of various waterproofing systems (e.g. below-grade deck coatings air barriers sealants).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
