Job Description

Position is for a Dealership Service BDC Department

- Handles all incoming dealership calls.
- Manages service appointments for three dealerships
- informs guest on what service work should be completed per manufacture requirements when setting up appointment
- Makes calls out for declined services or recommended services
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Time management prioritization skills and ability to multitask required
- Ambitious goal oriented mentality and eager to improve
