Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is essential in managing daily servicing tasks cross-selling opportunities and quoting new and renewal business for standard personal lines accounts. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55000 - $65000

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients by managing all aspects of personal lines accounts.
- Handle daily servicing tasks including policy changes billing inquiries and claims assistance.
- Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to meet client needs.
- Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:At least 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
