Job Description

As a Project Leader you will:

  • Lead end-to-end transformation projects specifically targeting standardization and centralization in Indirect Procurement processes managing scope budget timelines resources risks and stakeholder communications
  • Drive cross-functional and cross-regional teamsincluding Procurement Finance and ITto implement harmonized finance and procurement workflows
  • Engage and influence senior leaders and C-level executives ensuring transparent project governance and comprehensive reporting
  • Implement globally consistent standards and best practices in Indirect Procurement supporting broader business objectives
  • Ensure transparency and accountability maintaining project documentation tracking progress and reporting on KPIs and RAG status
  • Support the broader project portfolio including reporting documentation management and compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role youll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience leading complex transformation and transition projects in Indirect Procurement within a global corporate environment preferably with a European footprint
  • Strong finance knowledge combined with hands-on expertise in Indirect Procurement processes and related project management
  • Proven ability to integrate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams aligning diverse priorities to achieve shared project goals
  • Recognized project management credentials (e.g. PMP PRINCE2)
  • Familiarity with modern project management tools such as Wrike Asana (a plus)
  • A university degree (BSc or higher) in Economics Finance Accounting Supply Chain or related fields
  • Exceptional communication presentation and stakeholder management skillsespecially in English both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Visio) and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • A proactive organized and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
