Kinetron BV an ASSA ABLOY company is an international high-tech innovative organization located in Tilburg. We specialize in researching developing manufacturing and assembling customer-specific energy harvesting modules and products. Our expertise includes energy harvesting technologies such as induction solar NFC ambient low- power (IoT) electronics micro mechanisms motors and actuators. What would you do as our Project LeaderAs our Project Leader you will plan and coordinate multidisciplinary product development projects ranges from complex mechanics electronics and firmware to industrialization with highest quality requirements. You will report directly to the Head of Business Operations.
You would also be responsible for:
- Managing projects from initiation to product delivery including product development and design prototyping testing supplier coordination parts sourcing production line setup process development and production ramp-up.
- Leading and managing cross-functional agile project teams ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders. Developing detailed project plans timelines and budgets.
- Monitoring project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical electronic and firmware components.
- Support in continuous improvement of Way of Working processes and program management tools.
The skills and experience you need.We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in project management specifically in mechanical product development with integrated electronics and firmware. Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Production Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in working agile methodologies (Scrum SAFe Less etc.) and classical project management methodologies
- Proficiency in using Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation.
- Experience in managing product launches according to industry leading quality standards such as PPAP A-SPICE etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment strong organizational communication and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience of working in multi-cultural teams multi-national companies and matrix organisations.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Must have own transportation within a reachable distance from Tilburg.
