Role Overview
As a Civil Revit Designer you will be responsible for developing and managing detailed 3D models and technical drawings for major infrastructure projects. You will work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure designs are accurate compliant with Dutch standards and optimized for construction.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage 3D Revit models for civil infrastructure projects including roads bridges and underground utilities.
Develop detailed technical drawings and construction documents.
Collaborate with civil structural and geotechnical engineers to integrate design elements.
Ensure designs comply with Dutch building codes Eurocodes and industry regulations.
Conduct clash detection and model coordination using BIM methodologies.
Support design optimization for construction efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain and update project documentation throughout different design stages.
Requirements
3 years of experience as a Civil Revit Designer ideally within large infrastructure projects.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit AutoCAD and BIM 360.
Experience working with civil structures earthworks drainage and utilities.
Knowledge of Dutch building codes and Eurocodes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) required.
