Job Description
- Directs site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service
agreements at or above the clients standards.
- Maximize profitability through superior client service effective and prompt
communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client.
- Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjusts accordingly to ensure
adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business
objectives.
- Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
- Responsible to train develop and motivate employees to peak performance and
growth in their knowledge and responsibilities
- Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing budget
preparation and review financial reporting and monitoring expenses).
- Other duties as assigned
