This role will focus on design and build tenders for several large and prestigious Education projects throughout Leinster with values in excess of 70m.
You will need:
- 10 years in a related position
- A 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying Construction Engineering or Business
- To be Chartered (RICS or SCSI) and have experience in Public Works Contracts and PPP schemes
