Ttulo: Sr. UX Designer - Indaiatuba/SP- 114312
As a Sr. UX Designer for John Deere Financial located in Indaiatuba/SP you will support projects of moderate and high complexity through the development of User Interaction task flows wireframes prototypes through to final production for new and existing products. As a senior designer you are expected to own the user experience in your product areas and also contribute to internal UX team operations. Additionally you are responsible for:
Main Responsibilities
- UX design activities like creating information architecture delivery mockup-ups and interactive prototypes;
- Ensuring your work aligns with the design vision and user journey for our customer dealer and/or internal user ecosystems;
- Conducting design and research workshops with stakeholder groups;
- Creatively addressing complex applications impediments and user journeys;
- Collaborating with UX researchers on product discovery design validation first click testing usability testing interviews and surveys;
- Presenting your design vision and recommendations to colleagues management and executives;
- Working with engineering peers to ensure successful implementation of designs;
- Establishing and monitoring actionable measures of success;
- Partnering with the IT UX Design Ops team to leverage and contribute to our John Deeres Design System;
- Mentoring and coaching other team members.
What Skills You Need
- Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Design Marketing or related disciplines;
- Advanced English: wide vocabulary good grammar conducting meetings arguing negotiating and training;
- Experience in the UX industry;
- Experience planning executing and analyzing UX / UI design projects with a focus on user-centric solutions;
- Visual interface design as applied to web and mobile formats;
- Experience applying User-Centered Design principles to complex interface problems;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as: engineering software development marketing and business leaders;
- Experience of communicating research methodology design concepts data analysis and test results to a broad range of stakeholders;
- Experience with technology and product development processes;
- Proficiency with a design and rapid-prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma;
- Experience creating wireframes mock-ups and interactive prototypes;
- Experience incorporating branding and common design system components and guidelines into product experiences;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and an ability to lead conversations direct work for others and diffuse conflicts;
- Understanding of accessibility design and guidelines.

- Demonstrated ability to champion end user experience and to influence digital product designs across product areas;
- Demonstrated experience in product discovery design research and concept validation to inform experience definition and design concepts;
- A strong portfolio of UI visual design task flows and designing to solve user problems;
- Experience using UX metrics and a user-centered design process to provide insights to product engineering groups;
- Experience applying design principles in terms of user flows accessibility visual hierarchy and brand influence;
- Demonstrated ability to utilize prototyping user flows storyboards and/or existing research to provide insights to design ahead of high-fidelity design delivery;
- Capacity to lead design discussions and influence stakeholders;
- Strong familiarity with incorporating branding and common design system components and guidelines into product experiences.
