Warehouse Associate

JOB SUMMARY

Searching for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is ambitious hardworking professional and delivers consistent results. This role is responsible for working accurately and efficiently while paying careful attention on the job. Must follow instructions precisely and double-check work before completing tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Lifting loading driving delivering off-loading & staging materials with forklift and pallet jack (some manual off-loading is required).
• Count and stock material based on inventory control practices.
• Receive product from vendors.
• Dispatch product to installers.
• Pack orders methodically and close job packages to prepare for shipping.
• Reliably identify damaged lost or missing material and notify team immediately.
• Operate 16 box truck to transport material from vendors to warehouses.
• Occasional jobsite delivery of material to customers.
• Always treat material with care and concern.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • High school diploma/GED preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience desired (we will train if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Self-starter able to plan prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Must be authorized to work in US
• Valid Drivers License and a good driving record
