Our client is a trading medical device company.
They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who is fluent in Chinese English and Thai to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strategic relationships and driving sales growth in the Asian markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the medical device market particularly in Chinese and Thai-speaking regions.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers distributors and regulatory bodies.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and enhance product offerings.
- Attending industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote the companys products and services.
- Monitoring sales performance and providing regular forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Staying updated on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the medical device or healthcare market.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Thai both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
