About the Role:
- Project Oversight:Manage multiple construction projects including refurbishments and fit-outs ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
- Client Relations:Serve as the main contact for clients and senior management building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Sales & Lead Conversion:Follow up on sales leads convert them into projects and maintain strong interpersonal connections with clients.
- Commercial Management:Take full responsibility for project budgets cost planning subcontractor coordination and financial control.
- Team & Resource Coordination:Oversee internal labor programs manage move and fit-out activities and collaborate with teams to meet project goals.
About You:
- Fit-Out Project Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing office fit-out projects with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Project Management Skills: Strong background in overseeing complex projects including planning execution and team coordination.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of architectural and MEPF (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and Fire Protection) systems.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing multiple site teams across various locations.
- Client Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
