Position Overview:
What Youll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
Plan coordinate and execute brand moment events instore events and media events.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
Support to manage event production timelines and logistics.
Gather feedback and analyze event performance for continuous improvement.
Prepare proposal and wrap report of each project.
Retail Marketing:
Collaborate with retail partners to create promotional materials and commercial gifts.
Be responsible for in-mall Ads change in accordance with global campaign calendar and supervise & manage the production agency for high quality materials and installation on time.
Assist shopping mall activations including but not limited to mall promotion material preparation and social content feeding.
Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of retail marketing initiatives.
Co-ordinate with internal departments and follow up the contract & payment process.
Prepare various reports including but not limited to campaign wrap report monthly/yearly report and so on.
Lets Talk About You:
Experience Education and Designations:
At least 3-4 years experience working in a fast-paced luxury marketing customer service-oriented or event related position.
University degree or college diploma.
Experience in the international brands in relevant industry of strong communication skills and open-minded personality.
Knowledge Skills and Attributes:
Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English attention to detail creative and analytical
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Consistently exhibit Canada Goose values taking pride in being innovative respectful passionate accountable and entrepreneurial while exhibiting personal commitment
Highly organized able to prioritize multiple projects effectively and succeed independently while working as part of a team
Creative and analytical thinker

Strong computer skills especially MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced office environment
10-15% travel
