2. Keep existing HR regulations or guidelines updated
3. Harmonize RBCE policies with the country ones
4. Design and improve HR processes
5. Propose effectiveness improvement measures of HR processes: KPIs
6. HR Quality Process Coordinator
7. HR Reporting
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree and Above
- 5 year plus working experience in in C&B or HR Policy related is requiredWorking experience in HR consulting firm preferred
- High degree of numerical reasoning and accuracy
- SAP Experience;
- HR Legal Requirement Understanding
- Good MS Office skills especially Excel and Power point
- Working experience in management controlling preferred
