Job Description
We are currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer in the Central Engineering Group. The job requirement includes:
- Design Printed Circuit Board (PCB) level subsystems that are part of an entire inspection or metrology system.
- Responsible for the complete design process from requirements specification feasibility studies cost and scheduling to conducting various analysis (such as circuit timing thermal/cooling electrical loads)
- Firmware development on FPGA/MCU/DSP.
- Conceptual and detailed design using design tools (OrCAD AutoCAD) detailed drawings design review presentations
- Procurement of prototype parts system integration prototype testing and handoff to manufacturing.
- Work with other engineering groups such as Optics Engineers Systems Engineers and Manufacturing/Serving Engineers to ensure flawless integration and test at the subsystem and system level.
- Develop the required supporting documentation such as assembly test fixtures and procedures and service manuals.

Minimum Qualifications
- Masters or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Understand fundamentals of electrical design principles analog and digital circuits motion control data acquisition firmware.
- Proficient with electrical CAD software OrCAD is preferred.
- Good English communication skills. Willing to travel worldwide.
