Job Description

Commercial Aviation & Aviation Finance Associate Attorney Charlotte NC (Hybrid)

A leading southeastern law firm with a national practice is seeking anexperienced attorney to join its growing Commercial Aviation & Aviation Finance practice in Charlotte. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border aviation transactions with a team recognized for its depth and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent lenders and lessors in commercial aircraft leasing purchase sale and financing transactions.

  • Lead and manage both domestic and cross-border aviation finance matters.

  • Draft review and negotiate complex financing and leasing agreements.

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in the aviation sector.

Qualifications:

  • 46 years of experience in aviation finance representing lenders and/or lessors.

  • Experience handling cross-border transactions preferred.

  • Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Law degree required; eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission preferred.
