We were an early entrant among institutional investors in real estate including traditional private real estate (brick-and-mortar assets) public equities real estate investment trusts and real estate-related debt instruments.

What impact can you make in this role

You will be part of a team that ranks among the top global real estate investment firms and handles a multi-billion-dollar Real Estate portfolio globally.

What will you do as an Asset Manager within Real Estate

• Leverage real estate asset management experience with a strong focus on the China real estate market
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to determine optimal asset positioning and identify competitive advantages
• Manage budgeting processes perform hold/sell analyses and develop strategic business plans encompassing leasing asset enhancement financing and exit strategies
• Oversee project management initiatives related to asset repositioning and enhancement bringing valuable experience to drive these efforts

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role

• At least 6 years of relevant asset management experience and thorough understanding of China real estate market
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial principles and ability to run financial feasibilities / scenarios
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs
• Strong communication skills with partners service providers and team members across functions
• Efficient and effective management of multiple tasks and deadlines
• Possess intellectual curiosity to explore new strategies and solutions to enhance property value and performance
