Overview:
The person in this role demonstrates a high level of professionalism prioritizing data analysis and reporting within the Business Technology Innovation Product Development and Analytics department. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to transform data into actionable insights developing and maintaining BI solutions and contributing to the overall data strategy.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Design develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in data to support business decisions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence.
- Participate in data governance initiatives to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
Qualifications:
- Typically Bachelors degree with 3 - 5 years of position related experience or equivalent combo of education and experience level.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data modeling concepts.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and soft skills to present findings clearly.
- Make decisions aligned to Bunges global strategy business needs and financial goals and explore new perspectives by driving innovation.
- Cultivate strong relationships and networks effectively influence others and develop talent to excel in their current and future roles.
- Develop data driven strategies aligned with Bunges priorities energize others to action through clear and compelling communication.
