The property is in a great location and enjoys great success within the market. It has a strong reputation and the new leader will be charged to further elevate the business guest experience and overall performance of the property.
The GM role is ideal for a leader who takes pride in leading the team mentoring upcoming associates with high potential.
As a General Manager you will have at least four years experience in working within a high end hospitality operation at a similar level with multiple revenue streams.
You will:
- be used to managing diverse teams across numerous departments.
- be able to prepare anddeliverbudgeted sales and profits by driving revenue and controlling costs within the property
- lead from the front - setting the standards and demonstrating the company values day in day out
