Field Care Supervisor Up to 30000 (including on-call payments)

Our client is looking for an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join their growing care team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in health and social care who is confident in leading supporting and supervising frontline staff while ensuring excellent standards of care for clients in the community.

Whether you are an established Field Care Supervisor Care Coordinator or a Senior Carer ready to step up this position offers fantastic career progression ongoing training and the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards).
  • Proven experience as a Field Care Supervisor Care Coordinator or Senior Healthcare Assistant/Carer.
  • Strong knowledge of care regulations safeguarding and CQC standards.
  • Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills.
  • A valid drivers licence and access to a car (essential for travel).
  • A flexible supportive and person-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write review and update detailed care plans.
  • Check and maintain accurate medication records.
  • Audit care notes and documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with clients and families providing professional support and reassurance.
  • Support with care visits in emergencies when required.
  • Carry out quality assurance visits to monitor and improve service delivery.
  • Travel across the region to supervise and support staff in the field.
