Job Title: Lockbox Processor Part Time (Temp to Hire)
Location:Onsite
Pay Rate:$20/hr.
Schedule:Mondays & Tuesdays 6:00 AM until completion (typically 34 PM). Additional hours may be available to cover vacations.
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lockbox Processor to join our team on a part-time temp-to-hire this role you will be responsible for processing lockbox accounts by extracting sorting and preparing payment documents for customer output. This is a production-oriented role with an emphasis on accuracy timeliness and adherence to customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mail extraction units and make processing decisions based on customer instructions.
- Perform manual and automated sorting of work per client requirements.
- Stage and prepare documents in a clean accurate and presentable format for customer capture.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards consistently.
- Cross-train and support various areas of the Lockbox department.
- Assist with functions such as RDE scanning mail distribution and validations.
- Complete other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in payments remittance or lockbox processing preferred.
- Basic computer operating knowledge (mouse touchscreen reboot etc.).
- Strong organizational multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Basic troubleshooting skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
