Position Overview:
We are seeking a technically skilled Engineering Program Lead to manage & lead projects in engine performance development and control systems this role you will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive development of engine control strategies and engine performance capabilities to meet our customers expectations.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage programs focused on engine performance optimization and advanced control systems development.
  • Collaborate with engineering testing and service teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-performance engine solutions.
  • Oversee project planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful program execution.
  • Track and report on program milestones performance metrics and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Identify technical challenges in engine performance and controls and drive resolution through innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to team throughput by individually executing short turnaround technical deliverables within the controls and performance teams. Specifics to be agreed based on capabilities of applicant.
  • Promote best practices in engine control algorithm development and calibration.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of engineering experience in product and technology development.
  • Proven experience in program or project management within engine development and/or control systems engineering.
  • Strong technical background in engine performance calibration and control systems design.
  • Excellent leadership organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project Smartsheet etc) and methodologies (Agile PMP etc) is a plus.
