Description
- Lead and manage programs focused on engine performance optimization and advanced control systems development.
- Collaborate with engineering testing and service teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-performance engine solutions.
- Oversee project planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful program execution.
- Track and report on program milestones performance metrics and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Identify technical challenges in engine performance and controls and drive resolution through innovative solutions.
- Contribute to team throughput by individually executing short turnaround technical deliverables within the controls and performance teams. Specifics to be agreed based on capabilities of applicant.
- Promote best practices in engine control algorithm development and calibration.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of engineering experience in product and technology development.
- Proven experience in program or project management within engine development and/or control systems engineering.
- Strong technical background in engine performance calibration and control systems design.
- Excellent leadership organizational and analytical skills.
- Effective communicator able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project Smartsheet etc) and methodologies (Agile PMP etc) is a plus.
