Territory Manager Life Sciences & Diagnostics Sweden

Location: Sweden

Sector:Molecular & Cell Biology Life Sciences Diagnostics

Aninternational life sciences companyis looking for a driven and independentTerritory Manager to join their Swedish team. With a strong reputation in delivering innovative solutions and equipment for the Life Sciences and Diagnostics sectors this company is committed to advancing healthcare solutions and supporting scientific progress worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act independently in selling their products and services managing the entire sales process and providing post-sales support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and end-users across Sweden.
  • Prepare annual plans budgets forecasts and monthly activity reports in consultation with the Regional Director.
  • Organise and implement promotional and marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions seminars and roadshows.
  • Deliver presentations and product training when necessary.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide detailed customer visit reports.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

Objectives:

  • Develop strong knowledge of the market and product portfolio.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate initiative autonomy and a structured work approach.
  • Provide timely and insightful reporting to management.

What Were Looking For:

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Life Sciences Biotechnology or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in a relevant scientific or diagnostics industry.
  • Technical knowledge is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting at all levels from lab technicians to executives.
  • Proactive results-driven and excellent at building professional networks.
  • Skilled in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
  • Valid B driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Sweden.
