The Country Manager is responsible for leading all business operations within the country maximizing revenue growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sales manage cross-functional teams and develop strong market presence through capital-light growth initiatives.

Provide leadership to the Singapore team and drive achievement of performance targets.
Conduct monthly business reviews to monitor progress against key KPIs.
Maximize lead conversion to increase sales revenue.
Lead execution of country-specific sales plans.
Expand the network via investment partners landlords and capital-light partnerships.
Drive operational efficiency and cost management across functions.
Ensure customer-centric service delivery to foster satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
Conduct competitive analysis to maintain pricing relevance and market positioning.
Represent the brand externally and cultivate business development opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Group teams to align and execute strategic initiatives.
Proven commercial success in delivering consistent top and bottom line growth.
Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performance teams.
Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing and sales conversion levers.
