RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Consultant at Capcoyou will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your expertise within the Securities Services domain supporting largescale change initiatives for leading global banks asset managers and market infrastructure providers. Capcos collaborative and learningdriven environment provides broad project exposure across custody clearing settlement fund services and client servicing functions alongside a strong internal training and career development framework.

You will work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading investment banks and play an integral role in defining and overcoming complex problems and providing innovative solutions to our clients.

We are looking for exceptional talent with the following:

• Deliver Securities Services change initiatives across custody clearing settlement fund services and client servicing functions.
• Work with senior stakeholders todefine complex business problems shape solutions and support endtoend delivery.
• Lead and supportbusiness and functional requirements gathering including user stories process flows and technology alignment.
• Analyseoperational and financial data to identify risks inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Developstructured quantitative and qualitative analyses to support operating model regulatory and transformation initiatives.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting or Business Analysis / Project Management roleswithinFinancial Services.
• Proven experience for delivering end-to-end projects forfund administration global custody transfer agency and/or securities lending
• Experience with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving environments across the Capital Markets Sector
• An outstanding ability to analyse problems apply quantitative analytical approaches communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written) work well in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in an environment that encourages continuous development and constructive peer feedback
• Excellent communication skills in English is essential. Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage
