Job Description
- Learning the work function of all Gates product lines
- Create product training courses for internal employees/distributors/garage technicians
- Operate trainings independently for audience
- Basic analysis on warranty parts through working with technical team
- Communicate with suppliers if parts failure
- Manage basic database for warranty system
- High level of passion trustworthy and independence
- High level of business understanding analytical and communication skills
- Ability of maintaining high ethics and working with confidential information and sensitive issues
- Planning and organization skills needed to handle projects and interfaces with various stakeholders
- Strong sense of drive and commitment and highly self-motivation
