Job Description
Act as leader for ATC project to ensure the efficiency reliability and quality of the project.
Manage project safety and Risk per AL and governmental safety rules.
Act as primary contact window with customer internal ATC project team members - process/ technical procurement installation supervisor BD (e.g. project contact on ALaT side etc.) and external engineering companies.
Ensure preparation of the Documents review plan for each project with respective responsible/timeline and monitor the progress
Ensure Technical specifications of equipment/materials are available.
Develop a detailed project schedule / plan to monitor and track progress including all key review milestones (P&ID review HAZOP review ARA RFSU)
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques; monitor and report the status on monthly basis or as specified by his/her supervisor
Ensure Inspection test plan is prepared and followed. Organize and attend the inspection.
Follow Subcontractors and suppliers for project related matters; ensure Site Acceptance Test report is signed by customer as well as Final Acceptance Test Report
ensure that the information and data are delivered to ATC sub-contractors either through technical team or through project team under her/his leadership)
ensure the project is delivered in line with approved design documents
ensure change management on the project
Report and escalate to management timely as needed.
ensure risk management is performed and monitored / updated to minimize project risks.
Performs P&ID review HAZOP (hazard risk) ARA and RFSU with Air Liquide dedicated team
Ensure complete project documentation is available and transferred to the customer (customer reception confirmation received and archived)
Ensure all punch lists are identified monitored and closed
Autonomous solution finding oriented result oriented with excellent collaboration and good communication skills

Project Engineering 5 years experience minimum
Supervisory of sub contractor experience
Able to read and understand different project related documentation with a minimum of 2 years of experience
Product knowledge within the following market is plus : Electronic Cryogenic LNG will be preferred.
