Dive into IT at NN in The Hague! What if we told you that the world of IT is open to youeven without a technical background Through our training program youll grow into a junior IT professional in just 1.5 years. This is your chance to start without any IT knowledge and end up with a challenging job at one of the leading financial service providers. At NN youre in control of your own development.
What you are going to do
If theres one place to immerse yourself in the world of IT its at the IT Service Desk of Nationale Nederlanden. With a generous training budget and personalized one-on-one coaching this is your opportunity to establish yourself in the IT field within 1.5 years. Youll have full control over your own path. And the best part After completing the program youll transition into one of NNs IT teams. Will you join our Cloud team Or become a security or network expert The possibilities are endless!
Heres how the training program helps you get exactly where you want to be:
- In the first 3 months youll get to know our organization products and systems at the Front Office of the IT Service Desk. Youll answer IT-related questions from colleagues via phone email chat Teams or the Service Portal
- Next youll move to the IT Service Point in The Hague where youll provide colleagues with laptops and peripherals and handle IT-related inquiries at the service desk. We also maintain a Teams channel where users can track the status of any disruptions
- Once youre comfortable at both the Front Office and the Service Point youll be flexibly deployed across both teams. Youll also have the opportunity to visit an NN IT Service Point at another location
- Youll start various training courses right away. Which ones Thats up to you! Youll earn certifications in ITIL Agile Scrum and MS-900. Depending on your future goals well help you choose additional courses that suit you best
- Bonus: Youll also have the chance to shadow IT teams within NN so by the end of the program youll know exactly which direction you want to take

Who you will work with
Around 50 colleagues in total. Were a diverse group in terms of age background and outlook on life which creates a great atmosphere.
