Location of position: anywhere within the Central District (ideally near Chicago Milwaukee Detroit Grand Rapids Cleveland Columbus Indianapolis Cincinnati Nashville Memphis Knoxville)

As ourCredit & Collection Supervisor you will be responsible for the organizations debt recovery process for a district ensuring timely payments from customers and maintaining financial stability. Youll develop collection strategies managing a team and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be accountable for achieving key strategic goals and implementing business plans.
You willbring5 years of progressive and successful experience in collections or accounts receivable management to KONE (3 years leadership experience in a collections or finance-related role is preferred). You will usethe knowledgegained through yourbachelors degree; preferably in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field (certifications in credit and collections management are a plus).

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and debt collection practices.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Understanding of credit policies and collection laws.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Strong project management and organization skills.

Annual Base Pay Range:
The hiring range for this role in Chicago/Detroit location is $90300.00 - $124200.00. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate including their skill set years and depth of experience certifications and location.
We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:
Cincinnati/Cleveland/Columbus/Milwaukee/Indianapolis area hiring range: $84400.00 - $116100.00
Grand Rapids/Knoxville/Memphis/Nashville area hiring range: $80200.00 - $110300.00
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
