Job Description

As the Community Living Supervisor youll be the heartbeat of our community living program ensuring our individuals receive safe supportive and engaging services 24/7. But thats not all - youll also take on Program Coordination duties that help our residential services run smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of Community Support Staff
Coordinating day-to-day operations in several community living homes
Building strong trusting relationships with families guardians and community partners
Overseeing program planning service documentation medication oversight and budget management
Ensuring homes are safe clean and feel like home
Promoting people-first practices and inclusive values
Coordinating program activities staffing schedules and lifting team morale
Making sure we meet all Medicaid and agency compliance requirements

Have a background in human services health care or disability services (bonus points for supervisory experience!)

Requirements

Associates degree in Human Services Health Care or related field (or equivalent experience)
1 year experience in disability services or healthcare setting (more is even better!)
Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
Willingness to complete required trainings (Leadership Medication Management etc.)
